Returns

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Return requests should include order details and product images for verification.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
